Administrative AssistantWe are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team at our home office in the Chicagoland area. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented self starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. If you are looking for a stable, long-term position with a growing firm, this position could be perfect for you.
Responsibilities include the administration and bookkeeping of our day-to-day operations, purchasing of equipment for projects, and providing executive assistance to the management team.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and fielding phone/email inquires to the proper party in a professional and courteous manner
- Greeting Clients, vendors and guests with a smile
- Project status tracking and data reporting
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience with bookkeeping and a working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Proven experience in Client and Vendor Relations
- Basic Office Management Skills (i.e. scanning, faxing, printing, etc.)
- Compensation will range between $15-$18/hr, based on experience
- Exact hours will be determined during the hiring process
